Wall Push-Ups is an effective and simple exercise that can develop firm breasts. The only equipment you need is a wall. Wall push-ups are similar to conventional push-ups, but instead of using the floor you will use a wall. Stand two feet away from the wall while facing it. Place the palm of your hands at chest height flat on the wall and ensure they extend the width of your torso.

Make sure your fingers are pointing upwards. Bend your elbows, lift your heels and lean your chest forward to the wall as far as you can go without arching your back. Hold the position for five seconds and push back with your elbows slightly bent. Repeat five to 10 times until you can work your way up to 20 or more.

Results: If you perform this exercise for four days a week, twice a day for two weeks, you will start to develop and strengthen the pectoral muscles in your chest as well as your shoulders and triceps. You can increase your resistance level by standing three to four feet away from the wall.

firm breasts tipsChest Flys (pectoral flies) require two dumbbells and an exercise bench or floor mat. To perform this exercise, put a dumbbell in each hand. Lay back on the bench with chest side up so your head is supported. Ensure your legs hang off the bench with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Or if you are on the floor, legs bent, knees pointing upward. Hold the dumbbells in the air next to each other over your chest.

Take three deep breaths to relax your body before starting. Look up at the ceiling and ensure your spine is straight. Inhale, while you stretch out your arms to the side away from your chest, making a rainbow. Leave a slight bend in your elbows. Exhale, as you slowly bring the dumbbells back together over your chest. Do three sets of 10 repetitions and take a 30-second break between each set.

Results: Chest flies tone and strengthens the pectoral muscles while adding definition to your breasts. Results will show If this exercise is performed regularly. Skip a day to allow your muscles to strengthen and grow. For more dramatic results, get bigger dumbbells or weights and increase the repetitions.

Chest Press

The Chest Press can done on an exercise bench, or floor mat, and requires 2 dumbbells. Laying on your back with your head resting on the bench/floor hold the dumbbells in each hand. Your upper arms should be pointing out away from the body, and parallel to the floor. Your forearms should be pointing towards the ceiling with your palms facing forward.

Whilst exhaling push the dumbbells upwards until your arms are straight and the dumbbells meet. Inhale and slowly bring your arms back to the starting position. Do 8-16 reps and 1-3 sets with a 30 second break between sets, depending on your fitness levels.

Results: By doing this exercise regularly (exercise every other day), you will strengthening your pectoral muscles, shoulders, and triceps. As you get stronger you may wish to use heavier dumbbells and/or increase your repetitions.

These breast-enhancing exercises will naturally give your breast a firmer and perkier appearance. Never push yourself to hard with these exercises, as you may end up doing yourself more harm than good. As a rule stop soon after you start to feel muscle burn.
